ADP is seeking a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users with WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB applications. You will provide guidance, perform initial troubleshooting, and collaborate across internal teams to resolve payroll and tax questions.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree (FPC preferred), and strong communication skills to support clients across states and localities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; FPC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits, filings, wage and hour laws.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to Client questions regarding WFN/PayX/EZLM/Portal/HRB apps; provide navigation support.
• Assist Clients with data maintenance, setup, and configuration changes in AutoPay Mainframe, WFN, EZLM, HRB and Portal; coordinate with PTO, Special Calcs, Time & Attendance, 401k, etc.
• Perform new feature setup requests (Group Term Life, HSA, direct deposit calcs, etc.).
• Support Payroll processing questions and issues; research using online tools and resources.
• Escalate client issues to internal teams and 3rd parties; communicate status and resolution to Client.
