Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll tax deposits and wage laws.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll tools and portals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions using WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB.
• Assist with client data maintenance and configuration changes.
• Perform new feature setup requests and research issues.
• Support payroll processing questions and issue resolution.
• Research payroll, taxes and pay practices via online tools.
