Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I. The role supports Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users on WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB and related applications by providing guidance and research in response to inquiries from Client Payroll Administrators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; FPC certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll tax concepts and state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Client questions regarding WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB apps.
• Assist with client data maintenance, setup, and configuration changes.
• Perform new feature setup requests and coordinate with internal teams.
• Support payroll processing questions and issues for Clients.
• Research inquiries using online tools and resources for guidance.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and communicate resolutions.
