Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Clients. You will respond to payroll and tax inquiries across WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB, guiding clients and coordinating with internal teams and third parties.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform data maintenance, and set up new features while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing. A focus on client service, time management and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits, filings, wage and hour laws.
• Familiarity with ADP applications and reporting tools.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems to respond to client questions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Client questions about WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, HRB with guidance.
• Assist clients with data maintenance and configuration changes in AutoPay Mainframe and modules.
• Perform new feature setup and research complex issues with internal teams.
• Support payroll processing questions and provide proactive updates to clients.
• Escalate issues when needed and communicate status to clients.
