The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a full-time Payroll Supervisor to join our HR Operations team in Des Moines, IA. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while guiding HR Analysts in payroll functions.

Responsibilities include internal client service, reporting, and collaboration with HR partners. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of payroll accounting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including collecting and reviewing team member timekeeping information, calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.
• Establishes strong relationships with internal clients and serves as a payroll contact for inquiries about salary, deductions, and taxes.
• Collaborates with HR Business Partners and HR Analysts to ensure data accuracy in HR systems and deliver positive employee experiences across HR services.
• Generates reports on payroll expenses, taxes, benefits, and deductions for leadership or accounting purposes.
