Responsibilities

• Process payroll and related remittance activities for timely cycles.
• Upload payroll items, incentives, salary increases, and year-end bonuses.
• Complete benefit and retirement uploads.
• Administer expense processes including mileage and auto records.
• Complete vacation resets and maintain time-off records.
• Send timecard reminders and support payroll processing.
• Distribute paper checks and assist payroll communications.
• Respond to field team questions on payroll, timecards, uploads, and admin processes.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to Managers.
• Monitor California meal penalty items and follow up.
• Support new hire processing and onboarding updates.
• Serve as administrator of security badges.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll and reporting data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data questions and deadlines.
