Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with payroll systems, reporting tools, HRIS, or expense systems preferred
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and remittance activities accurately and on time
• Upload payroll-related transactions including incentives, raises, and bonuses
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and distribute paper checks as needed
• Monitor timekeeping and resolve discrepancies with managers
• Maintain and update employee records, benefits, and onboarding data
• Prepare recurring payroll and leadership reports and support data integrity
