Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a detailed payroll professional to manage weekly payroll processing using Workday for a multi-state workforce in Coral Gables, FL. You will review data for accuracy, validate changes, and process off-cycle runs as needed, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in accounting/finance/HR, 3+ years of payroll experience, and strong Excel skills. CPP is a plus. The role collaborates with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll and knowledge of federal/state wage laws.
• Familiarity with payroll taxes, garnishments, and year-end processes (W-2s).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll data for accuracy (hours, earnings, deductions, bonuses, commissions, reimbursements).
• Validate payroll changes (new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, pay adjustments).
• Process off-cycle payrolls as needed.
• Utilize Workday Payroll and Workday HCM for transactions and audits.
• Audit employee data in Workday for payroll accuracy; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing (W-2s).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations; handle garnishments.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and educate on policies; collaborate with HR/Finance.
