Hiring for a Payroll Specialist with some HR experience located in Mahwah, NJ area (fully on site). This individual will be responsible for processing payroll for over 300 employees, including both exempt and non-exempt staff, as well as administering monthly sales bonus payouts.

The Payroll Specialist will oversee all aspects of payroll, including calculating bonuses, processing final paychecks, and handling year-end adjustments. In addition, this role may support account reconciliations, financial close activities, expense management, and various day-to-day finance functions.

• Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
