Job summary

PAM Health, based in Enola, Pennsylvania, seeks a Payroll Specialist to oversee weekly payroll for a cluster of facilities, coordinating with the facility HR Directors to ensure accurate pay processed in PAM’s UKG system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with payroll experience.
• 2–3 years’ payroll experience in a multi-state company; HR administrative experience.
• Experience with UKG/Time & Attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing weekly with HR partner.
• Analyze and process pay requests outside of the time & attendance module.
• Reconcile hours and create T&A export files.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and maintain payroll reports and files.
