Job summary

EDP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly staff across multiple states in our Chicago office. You’ll ensure accurate payments, resolve inquiries, and support timekeeping with UKG Pro and WFM tools.

Must-have skills include hands-on payroll processing, multi-state regulation knowledge, and advanced Excel. CPP certification is preferred. Onsite role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing payroll
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs for salaried and hourly employees
• Audit and validate time files and payroll inputs
• Respond to payroll inquiries via phone and email
