Job summary

PAM Health’s Payroll Specialist oversees a cluster of managed facilities and partners with the facility Human Resource Director to ensure timely and accurate pay processing on a weekly basis. This role reports to the Payroll Supervisor/Director within the HR department and collaborates with corporate and field HR personnel.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll data, processing bonuses, reconciling hours, and generating payroll reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with prior payroll/Human Resources work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a payroll position within a mid to large multi-state company; HR administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for a cluster of facilities and coordinate with HR Director to ensure weekly pay processing.
• Process bonuses, on-call incentives, and other ancillary pay requests outside standard time & attendance modules.
• Review and reconcile hours for facility leadership and ensure accuracy in payroll data.
