Eis group usa is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support payroll processing and maintain accurate compensation records on a full-time contract basis. The role requires strong numerical and organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

You will verify timesheets, assist with payroll documentation, and produce payroll reports, while collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration, accounting support, bookkeeping, or related role.
• Basic understanding of payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and records.
• Experience reviewing timesheets, maintaining records, and handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Familiarity with payroll software, accounting systems, or HRIS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with processing employee payroll, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review timesheets, attendance records, and work-hour submissions for accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, compensation details, and payment information.
• Verify payroll data and identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Assist with calculating wages, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll-related adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay statements, schedules, and compensation records.
• Support tax forms, benefits deductions, and other payroll documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow payroll policies and data protection requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll audits and ensure records are maintained for reporting and compliance.
