Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, timekeeping reviews, discrepancy research, and union payroll support. You will maintain employee records and generate recurring payroll reports with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume payroll and detailed reconciliations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for a large employee population.
• Review payroll and timekeeping information for completeness and accuracy before payroll is finalized.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Support payroll processing for union employees in accordance with requirements.
• Enter and maintain new employee information within payroll systems.
• Process changes, including compensation updates, status changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and confidentiality of employee information.
• Process garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Prepare recurring payroll reports and provide information to internal stakeholders.
