Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years payroll experience in lieu of education.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, and wage-hour regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to create spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process regular and off-cycle payrolls on schedule.
• Review PAFs, new hires, terminations, status changes.
• Audit timesheets and time-entry data for accuracy.
• Manage deductions, withholdings, garnishments and orders.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Assist with audits and routine reporting.
