Addison Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Austin, TX to manage semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried staff. You will review timesheets, ensure compliance with wage laws, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining confidential records.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with HRIS/payroll software, and strong attention to detail. Collaboration with benefits teams and year-end activities are part of the duties.

• Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Review and validate timesheets, including regular hours, overtime, leave, and other adjustments.
• Audit timekeeping and payroll records to ensure compliance with policies and wage/hour regulations.
• Reconcile payroll reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to employee questions and requests related to payroll.
• Coordinate with benefits, deductions, and other payroll changes with internal teams.
