Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of payroll-related work experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validates, edits, and processes payroll runs and schedule payments.
• Responds to payroll inquiries and communicates with internal partners.
• Generates payroll reports for internal/external partners.
• Updates tax information and processes wage garnishments.
• Prepares retirement reports and journal entries; assists with year-end close.
• Liaises with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice processing.
