Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Kentucky to support daily payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, entering changes and verifying data for accuracy while responding to client inquiries and supporting projects with Payroll Supervisors.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in payroll or customer service, strong Excel and Outlook skills, and a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in payroll processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year's experience in Customer Service.
• At least one year of payroll experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or enter payroll changes and verify data for accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phones.
• Partner with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and maintain client relationships.
