Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for its growing client base. The role will handle on-going and off-cycle payroll activities and ensure accurate data entry and timely client responses.

The position requires strong Excel and Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve payroll issues. This is an on-site, Chandler, AZ-based opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing and related activities.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes, earnings, deductions, and tax overrides.
• Calculate payroll and verify client-provided data with control totals.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and client needs.
• Maintain and support assigned book of business.
