Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support our payroll processing for a growing client base. This on-site role is located in Chandler, Arizona, and requires strong Excel, Outlook, and data accuracy skills.

You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with payroll leadership to ensure compliant processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; payroll experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes (hours, earnings, deductions, taxes, etc.).
• Calculate payroll and verify accuracy with client-provided data.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on special projects and client support.
