Oaks Integrated Care in Mt. Holly, NJ seeks a Payroll Specialist to support the payroll team and maintain employee records for roughly 2,000 staff. The role involves data entry, document verification, and assisting with biweekly payroll using UltiPro.

Formación

• Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required;
• Experience working with Ulti-Pro Software preferred;
• Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain employee records.
• Scan and upload employee maintenance documents.
• Enter and verify new hire paperwork.
• Assist with biweekly payroll for ~2,000 staff.
• Assist with employee inquiries by phone.
• Process employee reimbursements.
• Enter garnishments into UltiPro.
• Serve as backup to Payroll Specialist.
• Support special projects per Payroll Manager.
