You will help manage biweekly payroll for approximately 2000 staff and ensure accurate data entry and documentation. Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with UltiPro software preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain employee records and data.
• Scan and upload employee maintenance documents.
• Enter and verify new hire documentation.
• Assist with biweekly payroll for ~2000 staff.
• Answer employee questions by phone.
• Process employee reimbursements.
• Enter garnishments into UltiPro.
• Provide backup support to Payroll Specialist.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager.
