Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records.
• Scan and upload employee maintenance documents.
• Enter and verify new hire paperwork.
• Assist with biweekly payroll for ~2,000 staff.
• Assist with employee inquiries by phone.
• Process employee reimbursements.
• Enter garnishments into UltiPro.
• Serve as backup to Payroll Specialist.
• Support special projects per Payroll Manager.

As the Payroll Specialist, you will work within our payroll department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Pay:

$16.75/hr.

Competencies:

The potential employee must meet data entry deadlines; ability to demonstrate a high level of organization skills in addition to maintaining agency confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Employee maintenance
• Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
• Enter and verify new hire documentation
• Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
• Assist with employee phone call with questions
• Employee reimbursements
• Entering garnishments into UltiPro
• Back up to Payroll Specialist
• Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager
