Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our office-based Accounting department. The role involves processing rent payments, vendor invoices, and payments in Traverse, with focus on accuracy and timely reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly rent payments for Mt. Holly properties, including reviewing rent schedules and updating recurring entries.
• Enter and process vendor invoices and purchase orders in Traverse accounting software.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances, missing invoices, credits, and payment questions.
• Communicate with vendors and employees regarding invoices, approvals, and payment status.
• Prepare and mail checks and scan invoices into DocUnity.
