Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team in Mt. Holly, NJ.

You will help manage biweekly payroll for approximately 2000 staff and ensure accurate data entry and documentation. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy and timely processing using UltiPro, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement and flexible spending plans, plus opportunities for supervision toward licensure and career growth in a team‑oriented environment that

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with UltiPro software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and data.
• Scan and upload employee maintenance documents.
• Enter and verify new hire documentation.
• Assist with biweekly payroll for ~2000 staff.
• Answer employee questions by phone.
• Process employee reimbursements.
• Enter garnishments into UltiPro.
• Provide backup support to Payroll Specialist.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities

• Employee maintenance
• Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
• Enter and verify new hire documentation
• Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
• Assist with employee phone call with questions
• Employee reimbursements
• Entering garnishments into UltiPro
• Back up to Payroll Specialist
• Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required;
• Experience working with Ulti-Pro Software preferred;
• Must have very strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
• Valid Driver's License.
