Ideal candidates bring a two-year degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of multi-state payroll experience, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and timely payroll processing.

Aufgaben

• Process timely and accurate payroll for multi-state hourly and salary employees.
• Update HRIS/payroll with employee changes and deductions.
• Support Time and Labor and Absence reporting; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage tax withholdings, benefits, and 401(k) contributions for compliance.
• Reconcile HRIS reports with vendor billing and retirement plans.
• Monitor HRIS EDI feeds and resolve file errors.
• Coordinate with Accounting on GL allocations and payroll funding.
• Handle employment verification and wage assignment requests.
• Address payroll questions from managers and employees.
• Perform HRIS data audits and generate reports.
• Maintain thorough documentation of payroll transactions.
• Conduct annual payroll audits (retirement plan census, etc.).
