Job summary

OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC in Tucson, AZ, seeks an on-site Payroll Specialist to ensure timely, accurate multi-client payroll processing and reporting. You will maintain payroll records, handle data updates, and generate client reports. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; PrismHR/iSolved experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing multi-state payroll service for large client groups.
• Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as Specialist II, or ability to demonstrate mastery of Specialist II functions.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet payroll needs and process updates.
• Accurately key payroll data to meet pay schedules.
• Maintain payroll records for multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate payrolls and client reports; post batches and distribute reports.
• Assist in client communication and issue resolution as needed.
