Job summary

OneDigital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role based at our regional office. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payroll for assigned client groups, entering data and generating reports with attention to detail.

You will maintain client payroll records, resolve data issues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality payroll services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax rules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to interpret and apply wage and hour laws and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately for client groups.
• Enter payroll data and generate client payroll reports.
• Maintain payroll records across multiple clients and respond to inquiries.
