Job summary

OneDigital in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple clients. The role involves data entry, processing weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly payments, and maintaining client payroll records with a strong focus on service quality.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based out of the Tucson regional office. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and experience with PrismHR and iSolved are preferred.

Qualifications

• Vast knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to wage and hour, wage garnishments and taxes.
• Experience providing multi-state/multi-payroll service for large client groups.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet client payroll needs and process all updates for each client according to their payroll cycle.
• Accurately key all payroll related data necessary to process and meet pay schedules.
• Maintain payroll records at both the employee and client level for multiple clients while ensuring accuracy, timeliness of payroll service delivery, and excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Generate and complete each payroll; post payroll batches and provide reports to clients.
• Research and resolve client and system problems to ensure accurate payroll reports and tax returns.
