Job summary

OneDigital is hiring a Payroll Specialist for an onsite, Tucson, AZ role. The position supports timely and accurate processing of payroll across client groups and payroll cycles.

You will enter data, audit time files, and produce payroll reports while maintaining excellent client service throughout the lifecycle. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preference for PrismHR/iSolved expertise and multi-state payroll exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing multi-state/multi-payroll service for large client groups.
• Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved system experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Specialist II, or ability to demonstrate mastery of Specialist II functions.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet client payroll needs and process all updates for each client according to their payroll cycle; responsible for all payroll related matters for assigned client groups.
• Accurately key all payroll related data necessary to process and meet pay schedules.
• Maintain payroll records at both the employee and client level for multiple clients while ensuring accuracy, timeliness of payroll service delivery, and excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle
• Accurately complete setup of import definitions within payroll systems when required
• Import and audit time files into payroll systems for processing
• Generate and complete each payroll; post payroll batches and provide reports to clients
• Routinely contact clients according to set schedules to obtain payroll data, including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions or adjustments.
