Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing and timely payments across client groups. This full-time, hybrid role is based out of our Westerville, OH or Gadsden, AL offices and collaborates with payroll specialists to enter data accurately and meet payroll cycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience with multi-state payroll, PrismHR, or iSolved is preferred. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing multi-state payroll services for large client groups.
• Advanced PrismHR and/or iSolved system experience is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a Specialist II or demonstrable mastery of Specialist II functions.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of assigned client base to meet payroll needs and process updates.
• Accurately key payroll data to meet pay schedules.
• Maintain payroll records for multiple clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process import definitions, time files, and payroll batches.
• Provide client reports and maintain positive client relationships.
• Assist in training sessions within the Payroll Department.
