• Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions and internal service.
• Prepare payroll and labor reports for leadership, Accounting, and HR.
• Collaborate with Payroll Manager and Specialists to support ongoing operations.

What You'll Do

• Process biweekly multi-state payroll for approximately 250 employees with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and other payroll updates.
• Review payroll data, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit-related transactions.
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions and provide exceptional internal customer service.
• Prepare payroll and labor reports for leadership, Accounting, and Human Resources.
• Partner closely with a Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialists to support ongoing payroll operations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. Dayforce/Ceridian experience is a plus but not required.
