Job summary

FEAM Aero in Miami, FL is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees. You will maintain records, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with HR and Finance to handle onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes.

Responsibilities include generating reports for management and auditors, resolving inquiries, protecting confidential payroll data, and ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration.
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and labor regulations required.
• Previous experience processing multi-state payroll is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Human Resources and Finance

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, timekeeping data, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and auditors.
• Address and resolve employees' and managers' inquiries related to payroll matters.
• Assist managers and station administrators with timecards.
• Coordinate with HR for onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Safeguard confidential payroll and personnel information in compliance with data protection policies.
