Our Bergen County, NJ client, a Real Estate organization, seeks a Payroll Specialist to join its finance team. You will handle payroll processing using ADP Workforce NOW and ensure accurate reporting across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a company with 200+ employees.
• ADP Workforce NOW exposure.
• Must have processed payroll for multiple states.
• Experience posting Payroll Journal Entries and G/L Payroll reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP (or other comparable) payroll software.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
