Job summary

Kforce's client, a consumer products company in Jersey City, NJ, seeks a Payroll Specialist to assist the Payroll Manager in the Finance department. This role focuses on processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now and coordinating with remote locations.

Qualifications

• Multistate payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce Now, 4+ years.
• Experience with confidential payroll data and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
• Process daily payroll operations and changes; handle year-end reporting (W-2).
• Coordinate with remote locations regarding payroll and benefits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and assist with audits.
