Job summary

French & Parrello Associates in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle, multi-state biweekly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Vantagepoint. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and reporting functions.
• Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint, particularly time and expense integration with payroll.
• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing payroll data and reconciliations.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, or project-based environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle, multi-state biweekly payroll for 300+ employees in ADP Workforce Now.
• Import and reconcile timesheet data from Deltek into ADP Workforce Now.
• Review time reports, including straight time and overtime, prior to payroll.
• Calculate straight time over 40 hours for eligible salaried staff with documentation.
• Manage payroll grid entries, deductions, leaves, and other corrections.
• Process benefit deductions, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and adjustments.
• Review payroll registers and reports to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle off-cycle payroll payments and year-end reporting support.
• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality.
