Job summary

Our Bergen County, NJ client, a Real Estate organization, seeks a Payroll Specialist to join its finance team. You will handle payroll processing using ADP Workforce NOW and ensure accurate reporting across states.

This role offers competitive compensation with benefits and a pathway for career progression. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of payroll experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in a company with 200+ employees.
• ADP Workforce NOW exposure.
• Must have processed payroll for multiple states.
• Experience posting Payroll Journal Entries and G/L Payroll reconciliation.

Responsibilities

$85,000 - $100,000 + Discretionary year-end bonus
