Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent, 2-5 years related experience, or combination.
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and WFM best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify payroll issues, research and provide solutions with accuracy and compliance.
• Write emails and lead video meetings with clients and remote team members.
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.
