Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Payroll Specialist II for our Medford, OR on-site team. You will ensure accurate payroll processing for a large multi-location workforce and maintain employee data across pay cycles.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in payroll. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in accounting or financial processes considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Payroll experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain accurate employee data (new hires, transfers, pay changes).
• Process payroll for 750–1,000 employees depending on frequency.
• Import payroll data into Workday and review reports for accuracy.
