Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience.
• Experience with Paylocity and multi-location/state payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate, timely payroll for employees across alternating weekly cycles
• Reconcile timekeeping data between EHR and HRIS
• Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and reimbursements
• Audit payroll pre- and post-processing to catch errors; review tax filings and garnishments for accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile monthly payroll accounts and support year-end W-2 processing
