Precision Castparts Corp. Aerostructures division in Washington state is hiring a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role.

You will support weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll processing across multiple codes, manage tax withholdings, deductions, and benefits, and assist with quarterly and year-end reporting while advising HR and Finance on payroll matters. The role requires experience with ADP and strong Excel skills; CPP/FPC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience.
• CPP or FPC certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 codes.
• Prepare and disburse payroll checks, calculate gross and net pay (salary, overtime, bonuses, taxes, deductions).
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and related research.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp, and 401(k).
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Project work: compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing.
