Precision Castparts is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role in Washington. You will assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes, preparing payroll checks, and calculating gross and net pay including overtime and bonuses.

You’ll maintain payroll records, support quarterly and year-end payroll tax activities, and advise HR/Finance teams on payroll issues, with exposure to multi-state and international payroll considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Requires intermediate level skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired.
• Canadian payroll processing or international payroll experience a plus.
• Works with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Ability to prioritize work with high volume data, meet established deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, while working in a team or group environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees, and management regarding highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Tax experience including state and local registrations, tax amendments and W2c experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes.
• Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, FLSA Overtime calculations, etc.)
• Maintains payroll-specific records and reconciles data; troubleshoots any issues that arise.
• Assist with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp reporting and 401k reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff, answers questions regarding payroll matters.
• Project Work: Compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing
