The position requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, ADP (Workforce Now or Vantage), and strong Excel skills. CPP or FPC is a plus; the role offers a quarterly bonus plan, 120 hours PTO, holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience.
• Requires ADP experience (Workforce Now or Vantage).
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate formulas.
• Ability to handle multi-state payroll and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for up to 33 company codes weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly.
• Prepare and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records, reconcile data, and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters; support garnishment processing.
