Qualifications

• Experience in home health payroll or general payroll preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least some college education preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for home health clinicians.
• Review and reconcile visits, timesheets, and supporting documents.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to payroll submission.
• Track and follow up on missing or incomplete payroll requirements.
• Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.
• Communicate with clinicians and office staff regarding payroll concerns.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
