Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Arizona is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure payroll and payroll-related activities are processed accurately under the guidance of the Payroll Manager. This role will run bi-weekly payroll for Dutch Bros.

LLC, manage garnishments, direct deposits, manual checks, and employee bonuses, and maintain confidential payroll records with HR and Finance while answering inquiries within one business day.

Qualifications

• 1 year of payroll/HR/admin experience required.
• High school degree, or GED, required.
• Associate degree, preferred.
• Must have good mathematical skills.
• Prior DB experience, preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting required reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision, and interact positively with others.
• Intuitive analytical skills to proactively address and identify accounting and operational issues.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for Dutch Bros. LLC.
• Garnishments, payroll draws, direct deposits, and manual payroll checks.
• Administer stand employee bonuses as dictated by Finance/Accounting.
• Maintain employee payroll files and confidential payroll processes.
• Support time and attendance system users and respond to payroll inquiries within 1 business day.
