Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on controlling expenses by processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments. The candidate will support monthly closes and maintain confidentiality of DB information.

The position requires 1 year of admin experience or accounting exposure, with 2–3 years in AP being a plus; in-office four days weekly with potential remote Fridays. Strong Excel and teamwork are valued.

Formación

• 1 year Administrative experience or combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on accounting or accounts payable experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify invoices; make sure bills are paid on time.
• Record entries and assign to proper expense accounts and cost centers.
• Schedule and post payment journals (Checks, ACH, e-payments).
• Reconcile vendor payment journals and balances; resolve discrepancies.
