Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company, a Dunkin’ franchise partner in Austin, TX, seeks a Payroll & Workforce Analyst to ensure accurate, on-time payroll for a large hourly workforce across jurisdictions. This role covers payroll administration, HRIS systems, and workforce analytics in a hybrid in-person setting.

Responsibilities include processing weekly payrolls, multi-state tax compliance, data validation, audits, and supporting system upgrades.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong multi-state wage & hour knowledge and payroll best practices.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP-WFN required, UKG, Ceridian, Paylocity).
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, labor analytics, scheduling compliance, and operational labor management.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable operational recommendations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees, including off-cycle payrolls and corrections.
• Manage multi-state U.S. payroll, ensuring proper taxation and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, timekeeping issues, missing punches, and pay inquiries.
• Conduct schedule audits prior to posting and payroll processing to identify labor allocation or scheduling concerns, payroll risks, and workforce planning opportunities.
• Process garnishments, tax levies, and benefit deductions.
