Qualificações

• Experience interpreting payroll policies and applicable labor contracts.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process complex payroll transactions ensuring accurate biweekly payments.
• Resolve payroll adjustments including retroactive pay, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
• Apply payroll policies and labor contracts to ensure compliance.
• Perform payroll-to-general-ledger reconciliations and variances analysis.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and audits.
