The ideal candidate will have a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with ADP, and strong skills in Outlook and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their specific payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update employee records, calculate/paying bonuses or severance, review tax calculations, and reconcile deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment.
• Establish strong client relationships by effectively consulting on payroll matters and maintaining data confidentiality.
• Convey detailed information clearly in writing and verbally; provide technical software support to clients.
• Identify out-of-scope work and opportunities to expand services to clients.
• Assist implementation team by gaining understanding of payroll needs and managing new client projects.
• Train clients on payroll processes as necessary.
• Support development of team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
