• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll consulting and client service to payroll clients.
• Understand payroll practices and laws to improve client service.
• Manage client relationships under supervision, escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure payroll information accuracy and on-time processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and tax calculations reconciliations.
• Train clients on payroll processes as necessary.
• Support implementation and onboarding of new clients.
